OEM and ODM requests should be handled as product planning, not only logo printing. Distributors need to prepare market requirements, target price range, size expectations, appearance preferences and after-sales assumptions.
Define the market and customer type
A dealer serving small restaurants may need compact models, while a project supplier may need larger capacity and stronger packing. The more clearly the buyer describes the target customer, the easier it is to recommend a workable configuration.
Separate must-have requirements from optional changes
Voltage, dimensions, capacity and safety requirements should be confirmed first. Color, logo, panel style and packaging design can be discussed after the core model is selected.
